What is the hCG diet, and how does it work?
HCG stands for human chorionic gonadotropin and is a natural substance produced in large amounts in the human body during pregnancy. During the hCG diet, dieters are instructed to take the prescribed hCG in combination with a precise very low calorie diet (VLCD). Once the hCG is active in a dieter's body, its release of long-stored fat provides the body with the calories it needs to burn to get through a day.

Do I have to order a minimum number of meals?
No, order as much or as little as you like.
How long will my meals last?
Meals are fresh in your refrigerator 5 days, 3 days for seafood. When ordering a weekly meal package, 4 meals will be marked freeze. Most menu items can be safely frozen with minimum quality loss for up to 6 months. Each package will include a best/freeze by date.
When will I receive my meals?

Can I store my meals in the freezer?
Some items can be safely frozen, however for maximum quality we recommend enjoying your meals fresh.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, a delivery charge will be added for each delivery. A delivery fee will be calculated based on your zip code at check out.

What is the best way to heat my meals?
Vent lid and heat in 30 second intervals until hot. Beware of overheating.
