Cucumber flower with cream cheese and rasperries

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • Creamy cheese to taste
  • Raspberries to taste
  • Fresh mint to taste

Instructions

  • Wash the cucumber well, cut it with a knife into pieces of about 3 cm. If you want to create a zigzag shape of the edges you can use a carving knife for vegetables or a sharp knife.
  • Put the creamy cheese in a sac-a-poche with a star spout and create some tufts over the cucumber. If you would like, you can flavor the cheese with grated untreated lemon zest.
  • Wash the raspberries well and arrange one on each cucumber. Garnish with mint previously washed.
  • Tips: to give te cucumber the flower shape, use a carving knife for vegetables like this or use a use a sharp knife and patiently create the design yourself.

You can really replace the vegetables in this recipe with the one you love: the only thing you must pay attention to, is the combination between the
vegetable chosen and the fruit you are going to use. An example? Celery will not match with raspberries but will match with green apples and sweet creamy cheese!
